“The retreat was a beautiful and unique human experience that I would recommend to everyone to live. This week has allowed me to disconnect from the busy life and to restore my mind, my soul and my body. From the yoga sessions to the Pilates, the cliff walks and the delicious food, I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Sharing this retreat with this fabulous group of people was all I needed. Andrew and Chaz were absolute stars and created an atmosphere that made us feel at home from day 1. It is without hesitation that I will come back”.

Andrew has been my PT trainer for almost two years, and in that time he’s helped me become significantly stronger and fitter overall. He motivates me, challenges me in the right ways, and always listens to what I need. Every session is thoughtfully structured around my goals, and he adapts effortlessly when things change. His professionalism and passion shine through, and he brings great energy even on days when I arrive exhausted. “For a first timer’s solo trip abroad, I could not have asked for a more perfect experience. I felt so welcomed and at ease from start to finish. The food, accommodation, itinerary was brilliant and exactly what you would hope for. What really made the trip was the energy that Andrew and Chaz bring. They are so welcoming and friendly allowing you to totally relax into the itinerary set for the retreat. I have been attending Andrew’s Pilates for almost 2 years now and have to say that I love it! (even his ‘spicy squats’! 😂) having never tried it before it has made me fitter and I feel so much better now Started PT also and this has made a huge difference to my strength, as a women going through menopause, PT has really helped me 💪 Anyone thinking about trying Pilates or PT should definitely get in touch with Andrew 😀
“I’m SO pleased I made the decision to come on Drew & Chaz’s retreat.. what a wonderful experience! The location was dreamy and that was just the start. Both hosts had an incredibly peaceful energy that really was contagious. I loved trying Pilates for the first time and the surf lesson was lots of fun. This retreat provided a safe/welcoming space to try new activities and meet some lovely people. I learnt a lot about myself during the retreat but even now, a week after returning, lam still reflecting and learning. it really is the retreat that keeps on giving.
