This trip was a ton of fun and I would recommend it to ANYONE. At 61, I was a little nervous about taking my first-ever surfing lesson. Turned out it was one of the best things I ever did. Five days of Pilates, yoga, good conversation and stunning views. I Loved all the activities we managed to do each day and came home feeling stronger! Two thumbs up! Sign me up for next time, please!

Andrew has been my PT trainer for almost two years, and in that time he’s helped me become significantly stronger and fitter overall.
