I have been attending Andrew’s Pilates for almost 2 years now and have to say that I love it! (even his ‘spicy squats’! 😂) having never tried it before it has made me fitter and I feel so much better now Started PT also and this has made a huge difference to my strength, as a women going through menopause, PT has really helped me 💪 Anyone thinking about trying Pilates or PT should definitely get in touch with Andrew 😀
“I’m SO pleased I made the decision to come on Drew & Chaz’s retreat.. what a wonderful experience! The location was dreamy and that was just the start. Both hosts had an incredibly peaceful energy that really was contagious. I loved trying Pilates for the first time and the surf lesson was lots of fun. This retreat provided a safe/welcoming space to try new activities and meet some lovely people.
